Wanneer die hyskraan ge\u00efnstalleer moet word, moet die gebruiker betrokke personeellede organiseer om die tekeninge noukeurig te bestudeer sodat die foute en defekte veroorsaak word deur onbehoorlike vervoer en berging. Daarbenewens sal spesiale aandag gegee word aan die defekte in geestelike meganisme afdelings waarvan die defekte reggestel moet word voor installasie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Carting-draftoerusting is getoets en het proeflopies ervaar. Die trollie looprat van portaalkraan word saam met onderste reling verskeep en afgelewer en na installasie van die hyskraan sal die trollie looprat ge\u00efnstalleer en ge\u00efnspekteer word in ooreenstemming met die volgende vereistes.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Wanneer die looprat ge\u00efnspekteer word, moet die buitekant van die dryfwiel as die maatstaf gebruik word.<\/li><li>Die fout van simmetriese vertikale vlak tussen die wielkantvlak en staalreling moet gelyk of minder as L\/100 (L is lengte) wees en die wanbelyningsrigtings van die dryfwiele (aangedrewe wiele) moet teenoorgesteld wees.<\/li><li>Die nie-loodreghoekigheid tussen die wielkantvlak en die eindvlak van hardloopbaan moet gelyk of minder as 1\/400 van die wieldeursnee wees en die bokant moet gedeeltelik aan die buitekant van die baan wees.<\/li><li>Wanneer die hyskraan vry van vrag is, moet al die ge\u00efnstalleerde wiele gelyktydig met die spoor in aanraking kom.<\/li><li>Die swaaireeks van die middellyn van die transmissie-as moet gelyk of minder as 1 mm wees.<\/li><li>Wanneer die wiele in die lug hang en dit met die hand gedraai word, mag dit nie vassit nie.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
