Die aanvanklike versoek het &#039;n Europese kettinghyser behels, gepaard met C-vormige staal en elektriese kabels. Benewens ons kwotasie het ons die nodige dokumentasie verskaf om hul bodproses te ondersteun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teen Augustus het die kli\u00ebnt weer kontak gemaak en ons ingelig dat hulle die bod gewen het, maar &#039;n opgedateerde kwotasie vereis het weens bykomende komponente wat deur die eindgebruiker versoek is. Ons het hul boddokumente en tegniese tekeninge nagegaan, die voorstel bygewerk en &#039;n hersiene pro forma faktuur (PI) vir bevestiging uitgereik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#039;n Paar dae later het die kli\u00ebnt &#039;n afslag van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/af\/product\/european-electric-chain-hoist\/\">Europese kettinghyser<\/a>. Nadat ons onderhandel het, het ons &#039;n mededingende prys aangebied, wat die kli\u00ebnt aanvaar het, en die volgende dag &#039;n aankoopbestelling (PO) uitgereik. Nadat ons betaling binne twee dae ontvang het, het ons verkoopspan onmiddellik met die produksieafdeling geko\u00f6rdineer om met vervaardiging te begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tydens produksie het &#039;n uitdaging ontstaan: die bestelling het ses staal I-balkkolomme, elk ongeveer 10 meter lank, ingesluit. Die vervoer van sulke lang komponente het logistieke probleme meegebring. Ons produksiebestuurder het voorgestel dat die balke vooraf gesny word om vervoer te vereenvoudig en moontlik versendingskoste te verminder. Nadat hulle die situasie aan die kli\u00ebnt verduidelik het, het hulle die aanpassing goedgekeur en ons proaktiewe en professionele benadering waardeer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die kli\u00ebnt het tevredenheid met ons dienste uitgespreek en ons beskryf as gelukkige vennote vir hul eerste invoer uit China.
