Ovaj projekat je uklju\u010divao isporuku jednog seta <strong>Elektri\u010dna lan\u010dana dizalica s kolicima<\/strong>, proizvedeno i isporu\u010deno u kratkom roku od 10 dana. Narud\u017eba je obra\u0111ena pod EXW trgovinskim uslovima, sa 100% TT uplatom primljenom unaprijed. Nakon kona\u010dnog pregleda i pakovanja, oprema je pripremljena za morski transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pregled projekta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Isporu\u010dena elektri\u010dna lan\u010dana dizalica s kolicima dizajnirana je za srednje optere\u0107ene industrijske primjene. Ima nazivnu nosivost od 3 tone, \u0161to je u skladu s radnom klasom A3, i visinu podizanja od 6 metara. Ure\u0111aj je opremljen privjesnim upravlja\u010dem kako bi se osigurao siguran i prakti\u010dan rad. Potrebno napajanje je 220V, 60Hz, trofazno, \u0161to u potpunosti odgovara lokalnim elektri\u010dnim standardima na Filipinima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj tip za tr\u010danje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/bs\/product\/electric-chain-hoist\/\">elektri\u010dna lan\u010dana dizalica<\/a> Projektovan je za horizontalno kretanje du\u017e I-grede dok obavlja vertikalne operacije podizanja. Navedene dimenzije I-grede su \u0161irina 169 mm, visina 220 mm i debljina 10 mm, kako je detaljno navedeno u dokumentaciji o primopredaji. Na osnovu ovih mjerenja, na\u0161 tehni\u010dki tim je pa\u017eljivo prilagodio \u0161irinu kota\u010da kolica i sistem stezanja kako bi se osigurala savr\u0161ena kompatibilnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precizno uskla\u0111ivanje greda je klju\u010dno za osiguranje glatkog kretanja i sprje\u010davanje neuskla\u0111enosti ili abnormalnog habanja. Nakon monta\u017ee, sistem kolica je podvrgnut detaljnom testiranju kako bi se potvrdio stabilan rad, pravilno zahvatanje to\u010dkova i sigurno kretanje tereta du\u017e grede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osiguranje kvalitete i performansi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektri\u010dna lan\u010dana dizalica s kolicima ima kompaktnu strukturu, izdr\u017eljiv lanac za teret i pouzdan motorni sistem. Pru\u017ea glatke performanse podizanja i stabilno ko\u010denje, osiguravaju\u0107i siguran rad u uvjetima rada A3. Privjesak za upravljanje omogu\u0107ava operaterima odr\u017eavanje sigurne radne udaljenosti i precizno pozicioniranje tereta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije isporuke, dizalica je pro\u0161la sveobuhvatno funkcionalno testiranje, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ispitivanje optere\u0107enja, elektri\u010dni pregled i provjeru performansi kretanja.
