Objedn\u00e1vka se v\u0161ak neomezovala pouze na je\u0159\u00e1b, proto\u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edk musel spolu s je\u0159\u00e1bem nainstalovat i kolejnice, nosn\u00edky pojezdov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, konzoly a vodic\u00ed ty\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem v\u00fdstavby tov\u00e1rny n\u00e1m z\u00e1kazn\u00edk poskytl v\u00fdrobn\u00ed v\u00fdkresy. Pomohly n\u00e1m sezn\u00e1mit se s po\u017eadavky tov\u00e1rny a rozm\u011bry je\u0159\u00e1bu, abychom mu mohli poskytnout vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro zved\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5tunov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b dle v\u00fdrobce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vybran\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/cs\/product\/european-type-single-girder-overhead-crane\/\">Jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b<\/a> Je to evropsk\u00fd typ SNHD, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee zvednout 5 tun najednou a spl\u0148uje t\u0159\u00eddu nosnosti A5. Rozp\u011bt\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1bu je 22 605 metr\u016f s v\u00fd\u0161kou zdvihu 7 metr\u016f. Celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka je\u0159\u00e1bu je 8 568 metr\u016f. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a pracuje s t\u0159\u00edf\u00e1zov\u00fdm nap\u00e1jen\u00edm 380 V, 50 Hz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bylo nutn\u00e9 tyto parametry zohlednit, proto\u017ee rozm\u011bry je\u0159\u00e1bu ur\u010dovala stavebn\u00ed konstrukce z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. V\u00fd\u0161ka nadpra\u017e\u00ed, rozp\u011bt\u00ed, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed pojezdov\u00fdch drah a v\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu by m\u011bly b\u00fdt zohledn\u011bny spole\u010dn\u011b. V t\u00e9to objedn\u00e1vce proto nab\u00edz\u00edme je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 kolejnice 50 \u00d7 30 mm, nosn\u00edky je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, podp\u011brn\u00e9 konzoly a syst\u00e9m vodiv\u00fdch ty\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolejnicov\u00fd syst\u00e9m m\u00e1 d\u00e9lku 95 m, v\u010detn\u011b dvou kolejov\u00fdch trat\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho nab\u00edz\u00edme k odkoupen\u00ed 190 m nosn\u00edk\u016f pojezdov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy a 28 podp\u011brn\u00fdch konzol. Na\u0161e dod\u00e1vka bude zahrnovat syst\u00e9m vodiv\u00fdch ty\u010d\u00ed o d\u00e9lce 95 m a pr\u016f\u0159ezu 6 mm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00e1 dod\u00e1vka poskytuje p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k integraci je\u0159\u00e1bu do struktury tov\u00e1rny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00daprava nab\u00eddky tak, aby spl\u0148ovala rozpo\u010det z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po obdr\u017een\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed \u00favodn\u00ed cenov\u00e9 nab\u00eddky z\u00e1kazn\u00edk pokra\u010doval v porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddek od jin\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f. Hlavn\u00ed diskuse se neomezovala pouze na cenu je\u0159\u00e1bu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 byly tak\u00e9 specifikace a n\u00e1klady na nosn\u00edky je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, nosn\u00e9 konzoly, balen\u00ed a dopravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prozkoumali jsme r\u016fzn\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy a upravili nosnou konstrukci a p\u0159epravn\u00ed podm\u00ednky dle konfigurace a obchodn\u00edch podm\u00ednek dohodnut\u00fdch se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento proces pomohl p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit projekt rozpo\u010dtu z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zachovat jasn\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na je\u0159\u00e1b. Kone\u010dn\u00fd rozsah byl potvrzen p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm objedn\u00e1vky, v\u010detn\u011b mno\u017estv\u00ed kolejnic, nosn\u00edk\u016f, konzol a elektrick\u00fdch komponent\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U nov\u00e9ho tov\u00e1rn\u00edho projektu jsou tyto detaily d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Platba je dohodnuta na \u00farovni 30% T\/T p\u0159edem a 70% proti n\u00e1vrhu konosamentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento projekt z Ghany ukazuje, jak\u2026 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/cs\/product\/european-type-single-girder-overhead-crane\/\">Jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b<\/a><\/strong> Objedn\u00e1vka m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e jen v\u00fdb\u011br nosnosti a rozp\u011bt\u00ed. Kone\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed budovy, konstrukce dr\u00e1hy, d\u00e9lka kolejnice, nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, balen\u00ed a zp\u016fsob p\u0159epravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spole\u010dnost SEVENCRANE pomohla z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdkres\u016f z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, projedn\u00e1n\u00edm cel\u00e9ho rozsahu dod\u00e1vky a \u00fapravou n\u00e1vrhu v n\u011bkolika kolech komunikace s vhodn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. <strong>Jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b<\/strong> pro novou tov\u00e1rnu.
