European type overhead crane used in glass industry
On July 25th 2018, we received an inquiry of two sets overhead cranes from Senegal, this customer’s main business is to produce and sell glass window and glass door, they need two overhead cranes to lift and transport glasses during producing. As we all know, glass is fragile, which requires higher stability of the crane during lifting and transportation. Finally our sales engineers advised our customers to use European type single girder overhead crane, It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, safety and reliability, high efficiency and anti-sway, which is the best choice for the glass industry.

At first, the customer sent their warehouse drawing to Seven crane, and then gave us their final requirements as below.
First crane requirement:

Crane solution:
According to customer’s drawing, our technical department carried out the analysis. They found that distance is limit from top of rail to top of warehouse. It’s not enough to put the whole crane, eventually our engineers made special changes to the link between the main girder and the end girder of the crane，the design scheme for the customer is as follow:
After sending the final drawing and offer to the customer, the customer spoke highly of our profession and was very satisfied with our price. On August 10th, he sent us the purchase order.
