Den f\u00f8rste anmodning involverede en europ\u00e6isk k\u00e6detalje parret med C-formet st\u00e5l og elektriske kabler. Ud over vores tilbud leverede vi den n\u00f8dvendige dokumentation til at underst\u00f8tte deres udbudsproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I august kontaktede kunden igen og informerede os om, at de havde vundet buddet, men kr\u00e6vede et opdateret tilbud p\u00e5 grund af yderligere komponenter, som slutbrugeren havde anmodet om. Vi gennemgik deres udbudsdokumenter og tekniske tegninger, opdaterede forslaget og udstedte en revideret proformafaktura (PI) til bekr\u00e6ftelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et par dage senere anmodede klienten om en rabat p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/da\/product\/european-electric-chain-hoist\/\">Europ\u00e6isk k\u00e6detalje<\/a>. Efter at have forhandlet, tilb\u00f8d vi en konkurrencedygtig pris, som kunden accepterede, og udstedte en indk\u00f8bsordre (PO) n\u00e6ste dag. Efter at have modtaget betaling inden for to dage, koordinerede vores salgsteam straks med produktionsafdelingen for at begynde produktionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under produktionen opstod en udfordring: Ordren omfattede seks I-bj\u00e6lkes\u00f8jler af st\u00e5l, hver cirka 10 meter lange. Transport af s\u00e5 lange komponenter gav logistiske vanskeligheder. Vores produktionschef foreslog at forsk\u00e6re bj\u00e6lkerne for at forenkle transporten og potentielt reducere forsendelsesomkostningerne. Efter at have forklaret situationen for klienten, godkendte de justeringen og satte pris p\u00e5 vores proaktive og professionelle tilgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunden udtrykte tilfredshed med vores tjenester og beskrev os som heldige partnere til deres f\u00f8rste import fra Kina.
