Der Kunde interessiert sich f\u00fcr den Stahlportalkran PT2-1, der zum Heben von Schiffen und Zubeh\u00f6r verwendet wird. Die Anfrage zeigte, dass der Kunde die Produktdetails und den Lieferplan genau kannte, was auf Vorerfahrung schlie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme \u00fcber WhatsApp best\u00e4tigte der Kunde, dass er das Produkt von SEVENCRANE bereits zuvor bei einem anderen Unternehmen verwendet hatte und mit seiner Leistung zufrieden war. Dies vermittelte ihm sofort ein Gef\u00fchl des Vertrauens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank effizienter Kommunikation wurden die Fragen des Kunden umgehend beantwortet, insbesondere zur Anpassung der Kranh\u00f6he an eine Halle mit niedrigeren T\u00fcren und dem Bedarf an zwei Hebezeugen. Die Produktion wurde sofort geplant, wobei manuelle Anpassungen der Kranh\u00f6he und des Laufkatzenbetriebs angefordert wurden, um den Anforderungen des Kunden zu entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den Gespr\u00e4chen wurde zun\u00e4chst eine Spannung von 110 V (einphasig) verlangt, was f\u00fcr Hebezeuge dieser Art un\u00fcblich ist. Der Kunde verstand dies und \u00e4nderte die Anforderung umgehend auf 480 V (dreiphasig). Das Projekt l\u00e4uft nun reibungslos und die Reaktionsschnelligkeit und Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit von SEVENCRANE haben ma\u00dfgeblich dazu beigetragen, den Auftrag zu sichern und sicherzustellen, dass das Projekt die Erwartungen des Kunden erf\u00fcllt.
