Die Anfrage enthielt klare Spezifikationen, sodass wir umgehend ein Angebot erstellen konnten. Nach der Kommunikation \u00fcber WhatsApp stellte sich heraus, dass der Kunde im Auftrag einer anderen Partei handelte. Weitere Informationen zu Produktdetails wie Anwendung und Versorgungsspannung waren erforderlich. Nach R\u00fccksprache mit seinem Chef lieferte der Kunde weitere Informationen, darunter Fotos vom Standort, und best\u00e4tigte die m\u00f6gliche Installation des Krans auf einer Offshore-Plattform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kunde betonte, dass sich das Projekt in der Angebotsphase bef\u00e4nde und genaue Lastdiagramme, Produktgewichte, Fundamentzeichnungen und Lieferfristen erforderlich seien. Der Kunde, ein Ingenieurb\u00fcro, das f\u00fcr einen Projektinhaber arbeitete, ging \u00e4u\u00dferst vorsichtig vor. Er ben\u00f6tigte Zusicherungen hinsichtlich der Eignung des Produkts und wollte aufgrund knapper Projektbudgets Kostensenkungen. Durch geduldige Erkl\u00e4rungen, Fachwissen und konsequenten Service gewannen wir das Vertrauen des Kunden und sicherten uns schlie\u00dflich den Auftrag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der Qualit\u00e4tssicherung ist die Produktion von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/de\/product\/bz-type-pillar-jib-crane\/\">S\u00e4ulenschwenkkran<\/a> kann nicht wesentlich beschleunigt werden. Der Kunde erkannte diese Einschr\u00e4nkungen und schlug vor, die Fundamentkomponenten des Krans per Luftfracht zu versenden, damit die Installationsvorbereitungen vor der Ankunft des Hauptkrans auf dem Seeweg erfolgen konnten. Dieser proaktive Ansatz minimierte Verz\u00f6gerungen und erm\u00f6glichte eine sofortige Montage vor Ort nach der Lieferung der Kranstruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sowohl Luft- als auch Seefracht wurden erfolgreich abgefertigt und markieren den Abschluss dieser anspruchsvollen, aber lohnenden Zusammenarbeit.
