Se auttoi meit\u00e4 selvitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n tehtaan vaatimukset ja nosturin mitat, jotta voimme tarjota h\u00e4nelle sopivan nostoratkaisun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 tonnin nosturi tehtaan mukaan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Valittu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/fi\/product\/european-type-single-girder-overhead-crane\/\">Yksipalkinen kattonosturi<\/a> on eurooppalainen SNHD-tyyppinen nosturi, joka pystyy nostamaan kerrallaan 5 tonnia ja jonka k\u00e4ytt\u00f6luokka on A5. Nosturin j\u00e4nnev\u00e4li on 22,605 metri\u00e4 ja nostokorkeus 7 metri\u00e4. Nosturin kokonaiskorkeus on 8,568 metri\u00e4. Se k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 langatonta kaukos\u00e4\u00e4dint\u00e4 ja toimii 380 V:n, 50 Hz:n kolmivaiheisella virtal\u00e4hteell\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4iden parametrien huomioon ottaminen oli v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6nt\u00e4, koska asiakkaan rakennuksen rakenne m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4si nosturin mitat. Nostokorkeus, j\u00e4nnev\u00e4li, nostokiskojen sijainti ja nostokorkeus oli otettava huomioon kokonaisuutena. Siksi tarjoamme t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tilauksessa 50 \u00d7 30 mm:n nosturikiskot, kiskopalkit, tukikannattimet ja virtakiskoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiskoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n pituus on 95 metri\u00e4, mukaan lukien kaksi kiskolinjaa. Lis\u00e4ksi tarjoamme ostamaan 190 metri\u00e4 kiskopalkkeja ja 28 tukikannatinta. Toimituksemme sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 95 metrin pituisen ja 6 mm\u00b2:n poikkileikkaukseltaan toimivan virtakiskon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4llainen toimitus tarjoaa mahdollisuuden integroida nosturin tehdasrakenteeseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarjouksen mukauttaminen asiakkaan budjetin mukaiseksi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saatuaan alustavan tarjouksemme asiakas jatkoi muiden toimittajien tarjousten vertailua. Keskustelu ei rajoittunut pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n nosturin hintaan. My\u00f6s ratapalkkien, tukikiinnikkeiden, pakkauksen ja kuljetuksen tekniset tiedot ja kustannukset olivat t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4vimme l\u00e4pi eri ehdotukset ja muokkasimme tukirakennetta ja toimitusj\u00e4rjestelyj\u00e4 asiakkaan kanssa sovittujen kokoonpanojen ja kaupallisten ehtojen mukaisesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 prosessi auttoi tuomaan projektin l\u00e4hemm\u00e4s asiakkaan budjettia pit\u00e4en samalla nosturin p\u00e4\u00e4vaatimukset selkein\u00e4. Lopullinen laajuus vahvistettiin ennen tilauksen etenemist\u00e4, mukaan lukien kiskojen, tukipalkkien, kiinnikkeiden ja s\u00e4hk\u00f6komponenttien m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uuden tehdasprojektin kannalta n\u00e4ill\u00e4 yksityiskohdilla on merkityst\u00e4.
