Asiakas on v\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4, joka toimittaa laitteita loppuk\u00e4ytt\u00e4jille ja jolla on selke\u00e4t vaatimukset veneiden turvalliselle ja tehokkaalle nostolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekti vaati enemm\u00e4n kuin vain standardin mukaisen nosturin. Asiakas tarvitsi 10 tonnin puominosturin, jossa on veneisiin tarkoitettu nostopalkki, tietyt nostomitat ja luotettavat komponentit tunnetulta tuotemerkilt\u00e4. Teknisten yksityiskohtien vahvistamisen j\u00e4lkeen valmistelimme ratkaisun telakan todellisten ty\u00f6olosuhteiden pohjalta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veneiden nostamiseen suunniteltu puominosturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Valittu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/fi\/product\/bz-type-pillar-jib-crane\/\">BZ <strong>Jib Crane<\/strong><\/a> Sen nimellinen nostokapasiteetti on 10 tonnia ja puomin pituus 5 metri\u00e4. Sen ilmoitettu nostokorkeus on 9 metri\u00e4, josta 7,5 metri\u00e4 maanpinnan yl\u00e4puolella ja 1,5 metri\u00e4 maanpinnan alapuolella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosturi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 A5-ty\u00f6luokan nosturia ja 380 V:n, 50 Hz:n kolmivaiheista virtal\u00e4hdett\u00e4. K\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4t voivat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 joko riippuohjainta tai langatonta kaukos\u00e4\u00e4dint\u00e4 nostoteht\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 ja sijainnistaan aluksessa riippuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koska laitteet ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t l\u00e4hell\u00e4 vett\u00e4, nostoj\u00e4rjestelyn on sovittava veneen mittoihin. T\u00e4m\u00e4 vaatimus vahvistettiin osana teknist\u00e4 kokoonpanoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telakalla k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vien nostolaitteiden luotettava liike ja tasainen toiminta ovat t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4. Nosturin on k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4 kuormaa hallitusti ja samalla annettava k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4lle mahdollisuus asettaa vene huolellisesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asiakas m\u00e4\u00e4ritteli my\u00f6s keltaisen pinnan ja pyysi, ettei nosturiin tulisi logoja tai merkint\u00f6j\u00e4. N\u00e4m\u00e4 tiedot tallennettiin ennen tuotantoa, jotta valmiit laitteet vastaisivat asiakkaan vaatimuksia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ratkaisu perustuu todelliseen sovellukseen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nostopalkki oli yksi t\u00e4m\u00e4n projektin t\u00e4rkeimmist\u00e4 osista.
