Pendant l&#039;essai de conduite, sans charge, connectez l&#039;alimentation, allumez et v\u00e9rifiez chaque syst\u00e8me d&#039;exploitation, syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le et syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ils doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis et s\u00fbrs \u00e0 utiliser.<\/li><li>2. Il n&#039;est pas autoris\u00e9 de soulever des poids d\u00e9passant la capacit\u00e9 de levage nominale de la grue.<\/li><li>3. Le levage inclin\u00e9 est interdit.<\/li><li>4.Le levage n&#039;est pas autoris\u00e9 si le poids est inconnu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEntretien d&#039;un pont roulant monopoutre\n\n\n\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1. Le client doit v\u00e9rifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement chaque partie de la grue pour d\u00e9tecter toute condition anormale. Le point de connexion de la poutre et de la poutre doit \u00eatre souvent v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, surtout dans le cas o\u00f9 elles ne sont pas soud\u00e9es.<\/li><li>2. Lubrification (comme le montre la figure 5)<br>(1) Injecter par le godet de graissage 6 la graisse calcique (BG491) pour lubrifier l&#039;axe de roue. La p\u00e9riode de lubrification est de 3 mois et la quantit\u00e9 de graisse est de 1\/2 \u00e0 1\/3 de la capacit\u00e9 de l&#039;essieu. <br>(2) Retirez le bouchon d&#039;huile 8 pour injecter de l&#039;huile m\u00e9canique 50# (GB443) avec une viscosit\u00e9 de 5,M----5,89\u00b0E. La p\u00e9riode de lubrification sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e est de 3 mois. (3) V\u00e9rifiez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les roues, qui ne doivent pr\u00e9senter aucune fissure, marque imprim\u00e9e ni abrasion.
