Le client recherchait initialement un palan \u00e0 cha\u00eene de 15 tonnes. Plus tard, en fonction des besoins du client, un devis pour le palan \u00e0 cha\u00eene \u00e9lectrique lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9. Le client a r\u00e9pondu que l&#039;achat pourrait prendre un certain temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons expliqu\u00e9 au client que nous avions export\u00e9 de nombreux produits vers l&#039;Australie. Et que nos produits \u00e9taient conformes aux normes australiennes. Il a demand\u00e9 les coordonn\u00e9es des clients chez qui nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 des achats, et nous a dit de l&#039;appeler et de nous contacter ensuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En juillet, il nous a envoy\u00e9 un e-mail disant qu&#039;il avait contact\u00e9 nos anciens clients et qu&#039;il avait re\u00e7u de bons retours. Il esp\u00e9rait que nous lui proposerions un devis pour une grue \u00e0 portique portable de 15 tonnes. Le client a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s satisfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 4 ao\u00fbt, le client a ajout\u00e9 deux stabilisateurs \u00e0 la grue et a \u00e9tabli un devis en fonction de ses besoins.
