June 25, we received an inquiry from Iran. The client is the largest wheat starch & Gluten producers in the middle east. He need a set of 5t crane kits and 10t crane kit for his new flour plan.

Due to the dubious requirements. It is known that he need two sets of overhead crane, one set of 5t single girder overhead crane and other is 10t double girder overhead crane.

During communication, we found that the steel structure and main beam is already ready. The exact need of client is only 2 sets of crane kits.(hoist, electrical systems, accessories).

After confirmation, we send quotation of 2 sets of crane kits to his email address, and remind him to check it.

June 25, we got customer’s reply that he want to us make invoice of 5t crane kits for him, and check if we can supply the crane kits before July 6^th or not.

Actually, the time is quite tight, we usually take about 5-10days to make production. But considering, the container of client is waiting for him, and he is really in urgent need. We can guarantee the the delivery time if we do some workshop adjustment.

So we replied client that we can do that, but he must make sure the payment can be done at June 25, because the TT transfer can be received by 2-3 days, and we need 3-5 days to prepare goods.

All has been confirmed, we should wait for the payment patiently, but the client haven’t pay in time, which make us very passive.

On 30^th June, we checked the payment with client again, and confirm if he still in need of overhead crane kits. Because it seems we cannot catch his container this time if he pay USD. The client said he would like to pay in RMB to guarantee the delivery time.

We make the RMB invoice to client.

On 4^th July, the payment has been well received. And goods already finished on 8^th July.
