Hanno bisogno di 2 set di gru a ponte monotrave da utilizzare nel loro magazzino. Abbiamo confermato al cliente la capacit\u00e0 di carico, l&#039;altezza di sollevamento e la portata come di consueto. Dopo averci inviato i parametri del carroponte monotrave, ci hanno chiesto di non dover fornire le travi principali, le rotaie della gru e altre strutture in acciaio. Perch\u00e9 hanno detto che possono farli nel loro locale. Per conoscere la lunghezza della sbarra da fornire, abbiamo confermato al cliente se i due carroponti monotrave viaggiano sulla stessa rotaia. E poi ho ricevuto una risposta positiva dal cliente. Allo stesso tempo, il cliente ha fatto una richiesta speciale. A volte sono necessari due telecomandi per controllare separatamente due carriponte. E a volte hanno bisogno di un telecomando per controllare due carroponti in modo sincrono. Ho avuto conferma direttamente dai nostri ingegneri e possiamo farcela. I clienti sono molto soddisfatti dopo averlo ascoltato.
