Den f\u00f8rste foresp\u00f8rselen innebar en europeisk kjettingtalje sammen med C-formet st\u00e5l og elektriske kabler. Ved siden av tilbudet v\u00e5rt ga vi den n\u00f8dvendige dokumentasjonen for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte deres anbudsprosess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I august tok kunden kontakt igjen og informerte oss om at de hadde vunnet budet, men krevde et oppdatert tilbud p\u00e5 grunn av ytterligere komponenter etterspurt av sluttbrukeren. Vi gjennomgikk deres buddokumenter og tekniske tegninger, oppdaterte forslaget og utstedte en revidert proformafaktura (PI) for bekreftelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noen dager senere ba klienten om en rabatt p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/nb\/product\/european-electric-chain-hoist\/\">Europeisk kjettingtalje<\/a>. Etter \u00e5 ha forhandlet, tilb\u00f8d vi en konkurransedyktig pris, som kunden godtok, og utstedte en innkj\u00f8psordre (PO) dagen etter. Etter \u00e5 ha mottatt betaling innen to dager, koordinerte salgsteamet v\u00e5rt umiddelbart med produksjonsavdelingen for \u00e5 starte produksjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under produksjonen oppsto en utfordring: bestillingen inkluderte seks I-bjelkes\u00f8yler av st\u00e5l, hver omtrent 10 meter lange. Transport av s\u00e5 lange komponenter ga logistiske vanskeligheter. V\u00e5r produksjonsleder foreslo \u00e5 forh\u00e5ndsskj\u00e6re bjelkene for \u00e5 forenkle transporten og potensielt redusere fraktkostnadene. Etter \u00e5 ha forklart situasjonen til kunden, godkjente de justeringen, og satte pris p\u00e5 v\u00e5r proaktive og profesjonelle tiln\u00e6rming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunden uttrykte tilfredshet med tjenestene v\u00e5re, og beskrev oss som heldige partnere for deres f\u00f8rste import fra Kina.
