De klant, een eindgebruiker, had behoefte aan een elektrische kettingtakel die op een UC-balk van 100 mm kon werken. De aanvraag was voor een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/nl\/product\/electric-chain-hoist\/\">HHBB elektrische kettingtakel<\/a> met een hefvermogen van 2 ton en een hefhoogte van 5 meter, bedoeld voor gebruik binnen hun faciliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aanvankelijk reageerde de klant positief en gaf de benodigde specificaties en details. Ze vroegen echter om een eenfase-takel, waarvoor aanpassingen nodig waren die de kosten aanzienlijk verhoogden. Omdat we deze uitdaging begrepen, adviseerden we een driefase-takel als een kosteneffectief en praktisch alternatief. We vroegen of ze hun voorkeur voor eenfase-apparatuur konden heroverwegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na deze interactie bleef de klant een tijdje stil. Na wat onderhandelen vroegen ze om een korting, die we accepteerden om de deal te finaliseren. Uiteindelijk besloot de klant door te gaan met de driefasige HHBB elektrische kettingtakel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regelden de productie en het transport binnen de afgesproken tijd. De takel werd snel geleverd en de klant was tevreden met zowel het product als onze service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze case benadrukt het belang van doorzettingsvermogen, duidelijke communicatie en op maat gemaakte aanbevelingen om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen.
