Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o anual<br>Realize uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente dos guindastes em uso pelo menos uma vez por ano. Guindastes que estiveram fora de servi\u00e7o por mais de 1 ano, sofreram terremotos de magnitude 4 ou superior, ou sofreram grandes acidentes com equipamentos ou opera\u00e7\u00f5es ao ar livre devem passar por uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente antes do uso.<br>2. Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o mensal<br>Os itens de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o incluem: se h\u00e1 alguma anormalidade nos dispositivos de seguran\u00e7a, freios, embreagens, etc. H\u00e1 algum dano \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes importantes (como equipamentos de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, grupos de polias de cabo de a\u00e7o, freios, eslingas e acess\u00f3rios). O desempenho funcional de sistemas el\u00e9tricos, hidr\u00e1ulicos e seus componentes. Guindastes que ficaram fora de uso por mais de um m\u00eas tamb\u00e9m devem passar pela inspe\u00e7\u00e3o acima antes do uso.<br>3. Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria<br>Antes de iniciar o trabalho todos os dias, verifique o status de seguran\u00e7a de v\u00e1rios dispositivos de seguran\u00e7a, freios, dispositivos de controle, dispositivos de alarme de emerg\u00eancia, trilhos e cabos de a\u00e7o. Todos os controladores est\u00e3o definidos como zero. A dist\u00e2ncia m\u00ednima entre o guindaste e outros equipamentos ou edif\u00edcios fixos \u00e9 de pelo menos 0,5m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de ligar o guindaste, uma campainha ou aviso deve soar. Ao abordar pessoas durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, dever\u00e3o ser emitidos toques ou avisos intermitentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidas durante as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o. O objeto suspenso n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 passar pelo topo da cabe\u00e7a da pessoa e nenhuma pessoa dever\u00e1 ficar sob o objeto suspenso e o bra\u00e7o de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Siga rigorosamente os sinais de comando para opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim que um sinal de parada de emerg\u00eancia for emitido, ele dever\u00e1 ser executado imediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
