Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk uviedol, \u017ee chce k\u00fapi\u0165 prenosn\u00fd port\u00e1lov\u00fd \u017eeriav, ktor\u00fd je \u0161irok\u00fd 1,6 metra, nastavite\u013en\u00fd do v\u00fd\u0161ky 2 metrov, s nohami a kolesami a s nosnos\u0165ou 500 kg. Po emailovej komunik\u00e1cii n\u00e1s z\u00e1kazn\u00edk informoval o svojich po\u017eiadavk\u00e1ch. Tento prenosn\u00fd port\u00e1lov\u00fd \u017eeriav sa pou\u017e\u00edva hlavne na premiest\u0148ovanie ve\u013ek\u00fdch rastl\u00edn v \u010drepn\u00edkoch a in\u00fdch predmetov do podkrovia na streche, od podlahy po strop vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 3,6 metra. Po\u017eiadavky s\u00fa ale in\u00e9 ako predt\u00fdm, s nosnos\u0165ou 1000KG a v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdm nastaven\u00edm 1-2,6 metra. T\u00e1to v\u00fd\u0161ka nie je vo v\u00fdrobe dosiahnute\u013en\u00e1. Komunikovali sme teda s klientom a p\u00fdtali sa, pre\u010do po\u017eadovali minim\u00e1lnu v\u00fd\u0161ku 1 meter. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk r\u00fdchlo odpovedal, \u017ee v\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9 je v poriadku, pokia\u013e maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 2,5 metra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po anal\u00fdze pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013esk\u00e9ho prostredia a po\u017eiadaviek z\u00e1kazn\u00edka sme rozhodli, \u017ee vy\u017eaduj\u00fa PRG <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/sk\/product\/aluminum-gantry-crane\/\">hlin\u00edkov\u00fd port\u00e1lov\u00fd \u017eeriav<\/a>. Poslali sme teda z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi cenov\u00fa ponuku a v\u00fdkresy, ale z\u00e1kazn\u00edk v tom \u010dase nereagoval. O dva t\u00fd\u017edne nesk\u00f4r sme z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi e-mailom poslali sp\u00e4tn\u00fa v\u00e4zbu austr\u00e1lskeho stroja na jednoduch\u00e9 dvere z hlin\u00edkovej zliatiny a po\u017eiadali sme ho o n\u00e1zor na cenov\u00fa ponuku, ale z\u00e1kazn\u00edk neodpovedal. Nasleduj\u00faci t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 na\u0161i predajcovia poslali \u010fal\u0161\u00ed e-mail s cenovou ponukou a prilo\u017een\u00fdmi v\u00fdkresmi. Tentoraz sa z\u00e1kazn\u00edk sp\u00fdtal, \u010di je mo\u017en\u00e9 upevni\u0165 podpern\u00e9 nohy port\u00e1lov\u00e9ho \u017eeriavu, a potom zmenil rozp\u00e4tie. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zaplatil z\u00e1lohu v priebehu nasleduj\u00facich troch dn\u00ed. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti z\u00e1kazn\u00edk prevzal tovar a je s n\u00edm celkovo spokojn\u00fd.
