P\u00f4vodn\u00e1 po\u017eiadavka zah\u0155\u0148ala eur\u00f3psky re\u0165azov\u00fd kladkostroj spojen\u00fd s oce\u013eov\u00fdmi a elektrick\u00fdmi k\u00e1blami v tvare C. Spolu s na\u0161ou cenovou ponukou sme poskytli potrebn\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu na podporu ich ponukov\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V auguste n\u00e1s klient op\u00e4\u0165 oslovil a informoval n\u00e1s, \u017ee vyhral ponuku, ale po\u017eaduje aktualizovan\u00fa cenov\u00fa ponuku z d\u00f4vodu dodato\u010dn\u00fdch komponentov po\u017eadovan\u00fdch koncov\u00fdm pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom. Skontrolovali sme ich s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9 podklady a technick\u00e9 v\u00fdkresy, aktualizovali sme ponuku a na potvrdenie sme vystavili upraven\u00fa proforma fakt\u00faru (PI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed nesk\u00f4r klient po\u017eiadal o z\u013eavu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/sk\/product\/european-electric-chain-hoist\/\">Eur\u00f3psky re\u0165azov\u00fd kladkostroj<\/a>. Po vyjednan\u00ed sme pon\u00fakli konkuren\u010dn\u00fa cenu, ktor\u00fa klient akceptoval a na druh\u00fd de\u0148 vystavil objedn\u00e1vku (PO). Po prijat\u00ed platby do dvoch dn\u00ed sa n\u00e1\u0161 obchodn\u00fd t\u00edm okam\u017eite skoordinoval s v\u00fdrobn\u00fdm oddelen\u00edm a za\u010dal v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das v\u00fdroby sa objavila v\u00fdzva: objedn\u00e1vka zah\u0155\u0148ala \u0161es\u0165 oce\u013eov\u00fdch I-nosn\u00edkov\u00fdch st\u013apov, ka\u017ed\u00fd s d\u013a\u017ekou pribli\u017ene 10 metrov. Preprava tak\u00fdchto zd\u013ahav\u00fdch komponentov predstavovala logistick\u00e9 \u0165a\u017ekosti. N\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdrobn\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r navrhol predrezanie nosn\u00edkov, aby sa zjednodu\u0161ila preprava a potenci\u00e1lne sa zn\u00ed\u017eili prepravn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. Po vysvetlen\u00ed situ\u00e1cie klientovi \u00fapravu schv\u00e1lili, ocenili n\u00e1\u0161 proakt\u00edvny a profesion\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klient vyjadril spokojnos\u0165 s na\u0161imi slu\u017ebami a ozna\u010dil n\u00e1s za \u0161\u0165astn\u00fdch partnerov pre ich prv\u00fd dovoz z \u010c\u00edny. Podelili sa aj o pl\u00e1ny na n\u00e1v\u0161tevu n\u00e1\u0161ho zariadenia v bud\u00facom roku, \u010d\u00edm nazna\u010dili z\u00e1mery dlhodobej spolupr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd projekt zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje z\u00e1v\u00e4zok spolo\u010dnosti SEVENCRANE ku kvalite, prisp\u00f4sobivosti a vynikaj\u00facemu z\u00e1kazn\u00edckemu servisu.
