Navrhnut\u00fd na zlep\u0161enie efektivity a bezpe\u010dnosti zdv\u00edhania v priemyselnom pracovnom prostred\u00ed. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk po\u017eadoval kompletn\u00e9 zdv\u00edhacie rie\u0161enie vr\u00e1tane nielen \u017eeriavov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, ale aj nosnej ko\u013eajnice a kon\u0161trukcie dr\u00e1hy. Na z\u00e1klade po\u017eiadaviek z\u00e1kazn\u00edka sme poskytli rie\u0161enie na mieru. <strong>Jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd \u017eeriav LD vybaven\u00fd elektrick\u00fdm re\u0165azov\u00fdm kladkostrojom<\/strong>, spolu s pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi ko\u013eajnicami, vodivou ty\u010dou. A nosn\u00fdmi nosn\u00edkmi pre zabezpe\u010denie kompletnej a spo\u013eahlivej in\u0161tal\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objednan\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/sk\/pro_cat\/overhead-crane\/\">mostov\u00fd \u017eeriav<\/a> M\u00e1 nosnos\u0165 5 ton, rozp\u00e4tie 9 metrov a v\u00fd\u0161ku zdvihu 3 325 metra s celkovou v\u00fd\u0161kou \u017eeriavu 5 metrov. Syst\u00e9m je navrhnut\u00fd s pracovnou triedou A3, ktor\u00e1 je vhodn\u00e1 pre \u013eahk\u00e9 a stredne \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 manipula\u010dn\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie. \u017deriav je nap\u00e1jan\u00fd trojf\u00e1zov\u00fdm elektrick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom 380 V, 50 Hz a pon\u00faka stabiln\u00fd v\u00fdkon a efekt\u00edvnu prev\u00e1dzku. Na rozdiel od \u0161tandardn\u00fdch projektov dod\u00e1vok \u017eeriavov z\u00e1kazn\u00edk potreboval kompletn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie zdv\u00edhacej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary. Vr\u00e1tane ko\u013eajn\u00edc 50\u00d730, syst\u00e9mu vodi\u010dov s prierezom 6 mm\u00b2 a nosn\u00fdch nosn\u00edkov HN396\u00d7199\u00d77\u00d711. Dodan\u00edm mostov\u00e9ho \u017eeriavu aj s\u00favisiacich kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch komponentov sme pomohli zjednodu\u0161i\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi proces in\u0161tal\u00e1cie. V porovnan\u00ed s tradi\u010dn\u00fdmi dvojnosn\u00edkov\u00fdmi \u017eeriavmi vy\u017eaduje jednonosn\u00edkov\u00fd \u017eeriav typu LD menej v\u00fdstu\u017ee budovy a z\u00e1rove\u0148 poskytuje spo\u013eahliv\u00fd zdv\u00edhac\u00ed v\u00fdkon. N\u00e1\u0161 technick\u00fd t\u00edm starostlivo presk\u00famal podmienky aplik\u00e1cie a pripravil vhodn\u00fa konfigur\u00e1ciu, ktor\u00e1 sp\u013a\u0148ala prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 potreby z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Kone\u010dn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie vyv\u00e1\u017eilo v\u00fdkon, spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 a n\u00e1kladov\u00fa efekt\u00edvnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdrobn\u00e1 lehota bola stanoven\u00e1 na 20 pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed, pri\u010dom preprava bola zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 n\u00e1mornou dopravou za podmienok CIF Abidjan. Platobn\u00e9 podmienky boli dohodnut\u00e9 ako z\u00e1loha 841 TP3T a platba 161 TP3T pred odoslan\u00edm, \u010do umo\u017enilo r\u00fdchle pokra\u010dovanie projektu po technickom potvrden\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1to 5-tonov\u00e1 <strong>Mostov\u00fd \u017eeriav<\/strong> Projekt demon\u0161truje schopnos\u0165 spolo\u010dnosti SEVENCRANE poskytova\u0165 prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 zdv\u00edhacie rie\u0161enia pre medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov.
