Zasnovan za izbolj\u0161anje u\u010dinkovitosti in varnosti dvigovanja v industrijskem delovnem okolju. Stranka je potrebovala celovito re\u0161itev dvigovanja, ki je vklju\u010devala ne le sistem \u017eerjava, temve\u010d tudi podporno tirnico in konstrukcijo proge. Na podlagi zahtev stranke smo zagotovili prilagojeno re\u0161itev. <strong>Enojno nosilno mostno dvigalo LD, opremljeno z elektri\u010dnim veri\u017enim dvigalom<\/strong>, skupaj z ustreznimi tirnicami, prevodno palico in podpornimi nosilci za zagotovitev popolne in zanesljive namestitve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naro\u010deno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/sl\/pro_cat\/overhead-crane\/\">mostni \u017eerjav<\/a> Ima dvi\u017eno zmogljivost 5 ton, razpon 9 metrov in vi\u0161ino dviga 3,325 metra, skupna vi\u0161ina \u017eerjava pa zna\u0161a 5 metrov. Sistem je zasnovan z delovnim razredom A3, ki je primeren za lahke in srednje te\u017eke aplikacije ravnanja z materiali. \u017derjav, ki ga napaja trifazni elektri\u010dni sistem z napetostjo 380 V in frekvenco 50 Hz, ponuja stabilno delovanje in u\u010dinkovito delovanje. Za razliko od standardnih projektov dobave \u017eerjavov je stranka potrebovala celovito re\u0161itev dvi\u017ene infrastrukture. Vklju\u010dno s tirnicami 50\u00d730, sistemom vodnikov 6 mm\u00b2 in nosilnimi nosilci HN396\u00d7199\u00d77\u00d711. Z dobavo mostnega \u017eerjava in z njim povezanih konstrukcijskih komponent smo stranki pomagali poenostaviti postopek namestitve. In zagotovili bolj\u0161o zdru\u017eljivost med \u017eerjavom in sistemom vzletno-pristajalne steze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/sl\/pro_cat\/overhead-crane\/\">Mostni \u017eerjav<\/a><\/strong> uporablja kompaktno enonosilno konstrukcijo, ki ponuja \u0161tevilne prednosti, vklju\u010dno z manj\u0161o lastno te\u017eo, ni\u017ejimi zahtevami po namestitvi in u\u010dinkovito izrabo prostora v delavnici. V primerjavi s tradicionalnimi dvonosilnimi \u017eerjavi enonosilni \u017eerjav tipa LD potrebuje manj oja\u010ditve stavbe, hkrati pa zagotavlja zanesljivo dvi\u017eno zmogljivost. Specifikacije projekta so bile jasno opredeljene, vklju\u010dno s potrebo po tirnicah in podpornih nosilcih. Na\u0161a tehni\u010dna ekipa je skrbno pregledala pogoje uporabe in pripravila ustrezno konfiguracijo, ki je ustrezala operativnim potrebam stranke. Kon\u010dna re\u0161itev je uravnote\u017eila zmogljivost, zanesljivost in stro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovitost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rok izdelave je bil dolo\u010den na 20 delovnih dni, odprema pa je bila organizirana po morju pod pogoji CIF Abidjan. Pla\u010dilni pogoj je bil dogovorjen kot polog v vi\u0161ini 841 TP3T in pla\u010dilo v vi\u0161ini 161 TP3T pred odpremo, kar je omogo\u010dilo hiter nadaljevanje projekta po tehni\u010dni potrditvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta 5-tonska <strong>Mostni \u017eerjav<\/strong> Projekt dokazuje sposobnost podjetja SEVENCRANE, da mednarodnim strankam zagotovi prilagojene re\u0161itve za dvigovanje.
