Proje, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda teslim edildi: <strong>EXW \u015fartlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fcretim s\u00fcresiyle birlikte <strong>30 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong>M\u00fc\u015fterinin kat\u0131 teslimat \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fc\u015fteri, do\u011fal traverten \u00fcr\u00fcnleri konusunda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131 ve mobilya imalat \u015firketinin sahibidir. \u00dcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, b\u00fcy\u00fck ta\u015f bloklar\u0131n\u0131n ocaktan ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131, kesme ve i\u015fleme hatlar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irilmesini ve son olarak bitmi\u015f ta\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin farkl\u0131 at\u00f6lyelerde i\u015flenmesini i\u00e7erir. \u00dcretim verimlili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131rken manuel i\u015flemeyi azaltmak i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fteri, farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f \u00e7ok say\u0131da kald\u0131rma sistemine ihtiya\u00e7 duymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tedarik edilen en b\u00fcy\u00fck ekipman par\u00e7as\u0131 \u015fuydu: <strong>NMHII <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/tr\/product\/european-type-gantry-crane\/\">Avrupa tipi \u00e7ift kiri\u015fli portal vin\u00e7<\/a><\/strong> ile <strong>30 ton kald\u0131rma kapasitesi<\/strong>, <strong>6,35 metre kald\u0131rma y\u00fcksekli\u011fi<\/strong>ve bir aral\u0131k yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 <strong>4,5 + 10 + 4,5 metre<\/strong>Vin\u00e7, uzaktan kumanda ve ask\u0131l\u0131 kontrol sistemi ile donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong>75 metre P43 ray<\/strong> ve eksiksiz bir kablo makara sistemi. Portal vin\u00e7, ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131ndaki a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f bloklar\u0131 kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00f6nemli bir gereklilik de portal vin\u00e7 ayaklar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki net mesafenin yeterli olmas\u0131yd\u0131. <strong>4 \u00d7 4 metrelik ta\u015f bloklar<\/strong> Her iki taraftan da serbest\u00e7e ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in. Bu sayede ekipman hasar\u0131 riski azal\u0131r ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fcretimin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SEVENCRANE, portal vincin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ba\u015fka ekipmanlar da tedarik etti. <strong>iki SNHD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/tr\/product\/european-type-single-girder-overhead-crane\/\">Avrupa tek kiri\u015fli tavan vin\u00e7leri<\/a><\/strong>Her biri bir <strong>5 ton kald\u0131rma kapasitesi<\/strong>Vin\u00e7ler, farkl\u0131 bina boyutlar\u0131na sahip iki ayr\u0131 at\u00f6lyeye kuruldu. Vin\u00e7lerden birinde \u015fu \u00f6zellik bulunuyordu: <strong>16,37 metrelik a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k<\/strong>Di\u011ferinin ise bir <strong>14,6 metrelik a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k<\/strong>Her iki vin\u00e7 de destekleyici ray kiri\u015fleri, P24 raylar\u0131 ve iletken bara sistemleriyle birlikte tedarik edildi. Ray kiri\u015fi ile at\u00f6lye \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki mevcut alan \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan, m\u00fchendislik ekibimiz m\u00fc\u015fterinin \u00e7izimlerini dikkatlice inceledi ve g\u00fcvenli kurulum mesafelerini korurken kald\u0131rma y\u00fcksekli\u011fini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in vin\u00e7 boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 optimize etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131 da i\u00e7eriyordu: <strong>iki adet manuel d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeli BZ kolonlu vin\u00e7<\/strong>her biri bir <strong>1,5 ton kald\u0131rma kapasitesi<\/strong>. Birlikte <strong>iki ta\u015f kelep\u00e7e<\/strong> \u00d6zellikle ta\u015f levha ve bloklar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu pergel vin\u00e7ler, i\u015fleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda ta\u015f malzemelerin y\u00fcklenmesi, konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in esnek kald\u0131rma deste\u011fi sa\u011flayarak i\u015f yeri verimlili\u011fini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu proje, s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fim yoluyla kademeli olarak geli\u015fti.
