Ancak sipari\u015f sadece vin\u00e7le s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildi; m\u00fc\u015fteri, vin\u00e7le birlikte raylar\u0131n, ray kiri\u015flerinin, braketlerin ve iletken \u00e7ubu\u011fun da monte edilmesini istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabrika in\u015faat\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteri bize fabrika \u00e7izimlerini sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu sayede fabrikan\u0131n gereksinimlerini ve vincin boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenerek kendisine uygun bir kald\u0131rma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc sunabildik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fabrika a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re 5 tonluk vin\u00e7.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00e7ilenler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevencrane.com\/tr\/product\/european-type-single-girder-overhead-crane\/\">Tek Kiri\u015fli K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc Vin\u00e7<\/a> Bu, A5 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na sahip ve tek seferde 5 ton kald\u0131rabilen SNHD tipi Avrupa vincidir. Vincin a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 22,605 metre, kald\u0131rma y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ise 7 metredir. Vincin toplam y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 8,568 metredir. Kablosuz uzaktan kumanda ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve 380V, 50Hz, \u00fc\u00e7 fazl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 ile beslenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fc\u015fterinin bina yap\u0131s\u0131 vincin boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 belirledi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu parametreleri dikkate almak gerekiyordu. Tavan y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k, raylar\u0131n konumu ve kald\u0131rma y\u00fcksekli\u011fi birlikte de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. Raylar\u0131n, destek kiri\u015flerinin, braketlerin ve elektrik bile\u015fenlerinin miktarlar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere nihai kapsam, sipari\u015fin ilerlemesinden \u00f6nce onayland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni bir fabrika projesi i\u00e7in bu detaylar \u00f6nemlidir.
