In April, we received an inquiry from an Ethiopian customer, who is a local dealer, about a single girder bridge crane with a lifting weight of 5 tons, lifting height of 5 meters and span of 15.9 meters.

After our sales engineer knew the customer's basic needs, he asked him for the drawings of the factory area so as to give him a better design scheme. On the basis of understanding customer needs, we matched the right electric hoist and track for customers.

The client was positive about our professionalism and agreed with our plan. He said that he still had two projects that we needed to work out together: a single-beam bridge crane with lifting weight of 5 tons, lifting height of 5 meters and span of 9.6 meters, and a single-beam gantry crane with lifting weight of 5 tons, lifting height of 6 meters and span of 15 meters. He also sent us related drawings.

Our engineers designed the scheme for the customer based on the factory drawings and sent it to the customer together with the quotation.

The customer said that after comparing the quotations of several suppliers, he thought that we were more professional and had advantages in the quotation, so he placed an order with us.

After several months of production, the customer affirmed the quality of our products and expressed their willingness to do business with us after receiving the goods. We are also particularly pleased to provide our customers with products and services that meet their needs.
