Production Process

Raw material procurement and pretreatment

First, we start with high-quality steel, mainly including I-beams, steel sections and stainless steel plates. The purchased steel is subjected to chemical composition analysis and mechanical property tests to ensure compliance with industry standards. Subsequently, the steel is cut using CNC blanking equipment and pre-processed into the basic shapes of each component.

Processing and welding

The cut parts will enter the processing stage and will be further processed by lathes, milling machines and other precision machinery to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each component. The main structural parts such as bridges and end beams are usually processed by whole plate processing or multi-plate welding. During the welding process, the welds are processed strictly in accordance with the process requirements to ensure the welding quality and connection strength. At the same time, the welds are non-destructively tested to prevent safety hazards caused by welding defects.

Assembly and commissioning

The processed parts will be pre-assembled in the assembly workshop, mainly including the assembly of the main beam, hoisting mechanism, wheels and drive system. A standardized process is used in the assembly process, and each step must ensure a firm connection and precise fit. After assembly, technicians will debug the overall structure to ensure smooth operation of each motion mechanism and stable transmission system, and calibrate the electronic control system and frequency conversion speed regulation system.

Painting and anti-corrosion treatment

In order to extend the service life of the equipment, all steel structure components will be cleaned and rust-free before or after assembly, and sprayed with anti-rust paint or other environmentally friendly coatings. This step is not only beautiful, but also effectively prevents corrosion and wear.

Quality inspection and factory testing

After the product is assembled, a comprehensive quality inspection will be carried out, including size, load testing, wind resistance and reliability testing of the electronic control system. After all tests are qualified, the equipment enters the factory packaging and transportation preparation stage.
