On March 18, we received an email from the UK. The client said he was looking for a 3 ton mini spider crane to assist him with the curtain wall installation. He currently owns a glass installation company, and he has been using another crane before.
Through his friend's recommendation, he wanted to try the spider crane. Because the spider crane is small and versatile, it can better help him complete his work.
After receiving the customer's inquiry, we briefly consulted the customer's glass size and weight. And asked which port is convenient for customer to pick up the goods, we can quote him the CIF price.
On April 20th, we received a reply from the customer that his glass size is 2m*3m and the weight is 600kg.
Considering the customer's basic needs and work scenarios. We asked the customer if they wanted a suction cup. The client's response is that they don't need a sucker at the moment, they have their own.
On April 22, we sent the quotation to the customer's mailbox and WhatsApp, and reminded the customer to check the quotation by phone.
On April 25th, we followed up the customer's ideas as normal. The client replied that since the mini spider crane was out of their budget, they wished we could offer some discount. They won’t just buy one set, they need more in the future. If the cooperation this time goes well, they will invest in another spider crane very fast.
After receiving the customer's message, we discussed for a short time, and finally decided to offer the customer a partial discount to complete our first order.
On April 27th, we sent customers a discounted quotation for 3 ton mini spider crane.
After receiving the quotation, the customer is very satisfied with our attitude and price. The budget will be approved in May, they said. They will send purchase orders in May.
