- Gantry crane installation preparation: First of all,installation site should be cleaned up to avoid parts damage during transportation. After allparts in position, check the parts and mark them well. Installation tools also need to be prepared and placed in safe and convenient locations.
- Gantry crane installationprocedure: First,main girder is hoisted in place according to installation instructions. Then assemble the big wheel box on the track of the big car, find the diagonal position and fix it well. With help of crane, leg and wheel box of gantry crane are installed and connected with fasteners. Then install the other leg in same way. Make two side legs are perpendicular to the ground to ensure accuracy of size.
- Tightenmain girder andsupporting legs with help of truck crane. It is not allowed for the truck crane to loosen and unload before main girder is tightened properly. Firmly install connection frame of equipment, install the lifting trolley on trolley track with help of truck crane, adjust the clearance to best state, fasten all accessories in place, and lay down electrical facilities. After installation, safety test should be carried out, and quality inspection department can check and accept qualified records before putting them into normal work.
