The main beam extends in the left and right direction. The left and right ends of the main beam are respectively fixedly connected with legs. The legs are equipped with supporting bodies for placing rod-shaped materials. They are located between the two legs and are distributed in the front-to-back direction or extend in the front-to-back direction.
During construction, the rod-shaped materials such as rails are placed on the support body, and the rod-shaped materials and the support body move together with the crane. In this way, the rod-shaped materials are transported by the crane at the construction site, eliminating the need for transportation vehicles on the construction site. Daily maintenance of port 20 ton 30 ton 50 ton double girder gantry crane
- Clean up the dust and oil stains on the surface of the driver's cab and housing. Clean up completely once a week.
- Check whether the gap of the brake system is suitable.
- Check whether the key on the coupling and the connecting anchor bolt are tightened.
- Check whether the electric bell and the safety devices are reliable.
- Check the damage of the brake pads and galvanized steel wire rope.
- Check whether the circuit breaker of the control board is in close contact and the motor carbon brush is damaged.
