Lifting motor

The motor is a conical rotor high-torque motor, with asynchronous braking, no additional braking required, and the motor load duration is 25%, with high safety. The insulation grade is B or F, and the safety grade is IP44/PI54.

Reducer

The reducer adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear reducer with a long service life. The gears and gear rings are made of high-strength alloy steel.

The box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with tight assembly and good sealing. The reducer is an independent device and is easy to install and disassemble. High efficiency and reliable operation.

Protection function

Wire rope

We use GB/T 20118-2006 (6*37+1) wire rope to ensure its durability.

Control method

We use two operation methods: wire rope operation and remote control, which are easy and convenient to operate.

Electric wire rope hoists operate by converting electrical energy into mechanical motion to lift or lower heavy loads. When the motor is activated, it powers the drum around which the wire rope is wound. Depending on the direction of motor rotation, the wire rope is either reeled in to lift the load or reeled out to lower it.

A gearbox is integrated between the motor and the drum to reduce motor speed and increase torque, ensuring smooth and powerful lifting. The control system allows precise adjustments—such as slow or fast speeds, start/stop functions, and load positioning—to provide safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

During daily/monthly/annual inspections, all parts that fail to meet the requirements should be repaired, adjusted, or replaced immediately. Maintenance should meet the following requirements:

1. The replacement parts should have the same materials and performance as the original ;
2. When the structural parts need to be welded, the materials, welding rods and welding quality used shall conform to the quality standards of the original structural parts;
3. When the electric hoist is in working condition, it cannot be maintained and maintained.
