Application of wall mounted jib crane in workshop

Wall mounted jib crane is a special cantilever crane. Compared with traditional pillar jib crane, its key advantage is that it does not occupy ground space and can be fixed on load-bearing concrete walls, columns or mechanical equipment. The bracket can be directly assembled without complicated calibration work, so the installation is extremely simple, and it is generally suitable for light loads.

BX type wall mounted jib crane is to install the spiral arm on the user's wall or house column, which can make full use of the space structure of the workshop, save the production site, and work flexibly. It can be used in the workshop or warehouse.

It is composed of a bracket, a swing arm device and an electric hoist. The cantilever is fixed on the wall or concrete column and can be rotated according to user needs. The turning part is divided into manual turning and electric turning. The electric hoist is installed on the cantilever track and used for lifting heavy objects.

The wall mounted jib crane is attached to a pillar with sufficient strength for support. Its fixed bracket and fixed pillar are connected by bolts for easy disassembly. Generally, it is equipped with an electric chain hoist, flexible and convenient to use. The cantilever can be selected from I-beam or KBK rails, which does not need to occupy a plant location, reducing space budget and equipment budget.

Its decisive advantage is to save space on the ground column. It is easy to install, and the ready-made standardized bracket saves a lot of complicated calibration work.
