Maintenance method of wire rope hoist

In the operation of the wire rope hoist, some faults often occur. The common one is abnormal noise. When the operation of the electric hoist generates abnormal noise, attention should be paid to solve the problem in time.

Electric hoists should be inspected and maintained regularly, especially important parts such as motors and reducers. If they are worn or damaged, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

First of all, determine where the noise comes from. If it is on the control loop, the contactor is generally faulty. The faulty contactor should be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced.

If abnormal noise occurs in the motor, check the motor in time to check whether the bearing, coupling shaft and other parts are faulty.

If the noise comes from the reducer, check the reducer, check whether the reducer or bearing is lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is changed regularly during use.

If the lubrication does not meet the requirements, it will make a noise. Lubrication is also very important. When adding and replacing lubricating oil, attention should be paid to avoid contamination and keep it clean.

When installing, debugging and maintaining the electric wire rope hoist, you must strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm) .
