It is the most widely used lifting equipment in production today. It has high reliability and is suitable for frequent lifting tasks in short distances. It is flexible in operation and greatly improves work efficiency.
The fixed column jib crane occupies a small area and can be fixed with embedded anchor bolts or heavy anchor bolts. If necessary, we can provide foundation bolts and installation templates.
The column mounted jib crane is a common light and small lifting equipment. Even a cantilever crane with a small lifting weight is lifted by tonnage and needs to carry strong gravity. Therefore, it must be particularly careful when installing and using it.
When installing the column mounted jib crane, make sure that the column is installed vertically, and the verticality should be checked from different directions. The ground should be level and there should be no debris.
The lifting and moving of heavy objects should be carried out in a vertical state. It is not allowed to use electric hoist to drag or forcibly lift buried heavy objects. And it is not allowed to use rotating column mounted jib crane to run drag and impact work.
The pillar jib crane should not hang heavy objects in the air at the end of work or when it is resting. After use, you must turn off the power switch before leaving.
