What is wall mounted jib crane?
Wall mounted jib crane (which is also called wall pillar cantilever/jib crane), is specially designed based on customer requirement.
Wall mounted jib crane have features like novel structure, rationality, simplicity, convenient operation, flexible rotation, light weight and flexible load movement, energy-saving and efficient material. It can be widely used in production lines, assembly lines and machine tools, warehouses, wharfs and other occasions of heavy lifting.
Rotation mechanism includes two types: manual and motorized. With chain electric hoist on the cantilever track, loading and unloading of cargo will be achieved.
Structure and operation
- Main structure of jib crane: cantilever/arm, rotation unit, electric chain hoist
- Chain hoist can move on cantilever and lift cargo.
- Cantilever/jib can rotate with rotation mechanismdriven by geared-motor.
- Control panel is on chain hoist.
- Control operation of cantilever/jib crane is through pendent. There are eight buttons on the pendent for every motion: quick lifting, quick descending, slow lifting, slowdescending, and rotating both directions, forward and back of hoist trolley.
Notes:
- During operation, buttons of quick and slow motion shouldn’t be push down at the same time
- During operation, no person should be under the cantilever/jib
- Dragging is not allowed during operation
- Overload operation is not allowed
