Overview

Segmental launching bridge construction gantry crane is used in the construction of precast segmental viaducts for span-by-span and balanced cantilever methods. There are various types of launching gantries available, the choice of which depends on the geometrical site and construction sequence adopted by the designer.

Segment launching bridge construction gantry crane with precast segment bridge construction method is widely used for both highway and railway bridges. The precast segmental girder is installed as a set along the entire length of the span, and then prestress is introduced into the structure through external tendons, and the span-by-span method is faster to construct and requires fewer workers than the balanced cantilever method of erection. It is designed and fabricated to ensure high performance, efficiency, safety, flexibility and multiple successive uses.

Crafting Process

  • Welding Process. We perform specialprocess control procedures.
  • Main girder camber control. The main girder web technology is used in prefabricated camber blanking process.
  • Mechanical processing. We have a machining center.
  • Main girder production. Use automatic hydraulic pressure of the main girder assembly machine group.
  • Crane assembly. We have three assembly lines crane bridge.
  • Pre-processor painting. We have two whole girder or steel shot blasting treatment and coating workshop production line.
