2 Sets Electric Chain Hoists To Australia

On June 15th, we received an inquiry from an Australian customer. He needs two electric chain hoists and asks us to send him a quote. After receiving the inquiry, we immediately contacted the customer to determine his basic needs and usage scenarios.

The customer told us that he wanted to add two electric chain hoists to the plant, with a lifting height of 4 meters, 415 volts, and 3-phase electricity. The lifting capacity of the two hoists is different, one is 1.5 tons and the other is 0.75 tons.

After we received the customer's response, we immediately provided the customer with a professional quotation with detailed parameter information and pictures.

The customer told us that he also inquired other suppliers and was waiting for the quotation to make a decision.

While waiting for customers to make a decision, we have been sharing our dynamics and product videos with customers. And the customer contacted us a week later.

He said that he had never believed in Chinese suppliers before, thinking that we were unprofessional, and sent us an inquiry just to make a price reference with suppliers in other countries, and did not intend to purchase in China at the beginning.

However, after contacting us and comparing with the products provided by other suppliers, we learned that we have sold electric chain hoists, bridge cranes, gantry cranes and other cranes to Australia many times. He believes that we are a professional crane manufacturer with technical support. Therefore, he finally decided to reach a cooperation with us.

On July 4th, the two electric chain hoists were shipped to Australia.
