2000kg Aluminum Gantry Crane Case of Korean VIP Customer

Today is a sharing of the order made by a Korean VIP customer. The product he ordered was a 2000kg Aluminum Gantry Crane.

Aluminum gantry crane is a kind of light gantry crane. It is a hot-selling equipment launched by our company based on the needs of small and medium-sized factories for flexible and portable lifting operations.

The lifting capacity of aluminium portable gantry cranes is generally up to 5 tons, and it is widely used. We have also traded many orders for this product.

Relatively speaking, this is our relatively small product. As a result, customers can often make a decision to buy or not very quickly. Of course, we also have many customers who will ask us for quotations when they encounter new projects.

On January 15th, one of our Korean VIP client greeted me on WhatsApp. He purchased a 2 ton aluminum gantry crane from us last year.

He told us the last one worked fine in their factory. So this year he applied for a budget to buy another one.

We immediately confirmed with the customer the lifting capacity and other details he needed. The customer told us that he needs to be exactly the same as the one he purchased before. And ask us for the current price.

In fact, the raw materials for our products have gone up in price compared to last year. Due to the epidemic in the past two years, sea freight has also increased. But considering the good cooperation between the customer and us, we decided to quote the same price to the customer.

This client also endorsed our offer. He told us that he thought we were going to increase the price from last time. After all, rising costs are a well-known thing in the industry.

So he quickly confirmed the order with us and said to arrange payment immediately. Hope we can arrange production soon.
