On August 13, 2021, an inquiry was received from Czech customer, who was looking for a spider crane for his project next year.

We sent him our catalog and main model. But the customer has not used it before and doesn't know how to choose, So we asked his real needs.

After carefully checking the parameters of our various models. The customer asked us to quote him the price of SS3.0, SS5.0 and SS8.0. And we send him our prices.

Then we started a long process of following up with this customer. We shared our transaction cases and bank slip with him, and sending him photos of our factory.

In the end, the client determined that the product he wanted was the 8t spider crane, and asked more information. Then we sent the customer the product feedback from the Irish customer and the Brazilian customer we had dealt with before. Because what they wanted was all It is the same 8t spider crane.

During this period, I had maintained good communication with the client, and he had more understanding of our products and our company and factory.

On December 14, 2021, the customer sent me an email asking what the current price of our products is. Because the raw materials of our products have risen for too long, so we updated the price to him. And said that the price will be higher next year. The client said to report to the upper management and then come back to me.

On January 4, 2022, the customer confirmed the price with me again, and then asked if the product could be sprayed with the color he wanted. We said that the product can be customized. Then we asked him for the color he wants, finally he confirmed the order with us.
