The client company first established contact with us in January 2023. The engineering manager of the client company came to inquire about our products. After we conducted the first stage of quotation, the client stated that they would then have their company's procurement department contact us. During the waiting process, our sales personnel will share some of our transaction cases with the engineering manager.
In August 2023, the purchasing personnel of the client company contacted us again and requested a discount on the price. The customer initially requested a 10% discount, but after discussion, we finally offered the customer a 4.7% discount. The customer readily accepted. Afterwards, the customer raised objections to the payment terms. The customer wants to make payment after receiving the goods, which is unprecedented before. We have made concessions to 40% TT advance payment and 60% TT final payment. The client wants to reach a cooperation agreement with 30% TT advance payment and 70% TT final payment. After negotiation, our company finally agreed to the customer's request. Afterwards, the customer raised some technical issues, and our engineers proposed corresponding solutions to dispel their concerns.
Subsequently, the customer sent their supplier registration form, and our sales personnel registered it and also sent the PI to the customer. In the end, the client decided to cooperate with our company. We received a prepayment from the customer in mid November 2023. This order takes a long time and the negotiation process is lengthy. Due to the excellent quality and low price of our machines, the customer ultimately purchased 10 CD type steel wire rope hoist from our company.
