Saudi Arabia SNHD European Single Girder Overhead Crane
In October 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully established a partnership with a Saudi Arabian client at the Canton Fair. We provided them with a complete solution for bridge cranes and steel structure support. The project included an SNHD European-style single-girder bridge crane, guide rails, tracks, track beams, and supporting steel columns. The equipment will be shipped to the Port of Man under CIF terms. The production cycle was only 15 working days to meet the client's urgent installation needs.
The ordered crane is an SNHD European single girder overhead crane. Its lifting capacity is 5 tons. The span is 22.4 meters. The lifting height is 6.232 meters. The crane adopts A5 working class design, which is suitable for medium to heavy-duty industrial lifting applications. This crane is equipped with a remote control and is powered by 380V 60Hz three-phase electricity. It is designed to provide efficient, stable, and safe material handling within customers' factories.
Unlike standard crane supply projects, this order also includes the complete supporting runway system. SEVENCRANE provided 30 meters of 10mm² conductor rails, double runway rails, HN396x199x7x11 runway beams, and 12 supporting steel columns. According to the workshop drawings provided by the client, the internal width of the factory building is 23.2 meters. The lowest point of the workshop roof is 8 meters above the ground. Based on these on-site conditions, our engineers optimized the crane structure and steel structure support layout. To ensure smooth installation and long-term reliable operation.
The customer is an end user from the manufacturing industry and had very strict requirements regarding delivery time. Since the project needed to be completed before the end of November, fast production and rapid communication became key factors in winning the order. From the initial contact at the Canton Fair on October 20, 2025, the SEVENCRANE sales and engineering teams quickly responded to the customer’s technical questions and provided a professional crane solution within a short period of time.
The SNHD European type single girder overhead crane is widely recognized for its compact structure, lightweight design, smooth operation, and energy-saving performance. Compared with traditional overhead cranes, the European design offers lower noise levels, reduced wheel pressure, and improved workspace utilization. These advantages make it especially suitable for modern workshops and industrial plants that require high operational efficiency and reliable lifting performance.
During the communication process, the customer also discussed the possibility of SABER certification for the Saudi Arabian market, although the final certification details had not yet been confirmed. SEVENCRANE remained flexible and prepared to support the customer with related documentation if required.
