Recently, a column mounted jib crane has been produced and shipped to Singapore.

This customer is a purchasing manager, after browsing our website, send us an inquiry.

We contacted the customer at the first time and confirmed his purpose. Their workshop needs a column mounted jib crane with a height of 1.5 tons and a lifting height of 6 meters to use for lifting mobile materials in the factory. The voltage in their country is 415v,50hz,3p.

After carefully studying the customer's requirements and usage scenarios, our engineers gave the customer a suitable plan and provided the customer with a detailed quotation.

The customer replied to our email, stating that he needs to wait for the quotation from other companies, and then submit it to the boss to make a decision. He will reply to us in early June.

During this period, we have also been sharing our product videos with our customers. And updating him with our company’s shipments and other developments.

On October 5th, the customer contacted us and said that their engineers need to communicate a few details with us. We modified the plan based on their requirements, and all the problems were solved for the customer.

On October 25th, the customer confirmed the order.
