Six months ago, we received an inquiry about single girder gantry crane from a customer in the Philippines. After our sales manager contacted him, we knew he is a trader. And the final user want to use the single girder gantry crane to carry precast elements. The final user had received several quotation from all over the world.
As one of our mainly market, we have exported crane to Philippines many times before. Moreover, our cranes are highly appraised because of good performance. So we showed some cases we have made for our other Philippines customers, including the video and feedback photo from them, the customer was very interested in our company.
After that, we further communicated with the customer about the specifications of the machine, the suitable design scheme and the quotation. Fortunately, he was very pleased with the results. After the quotation was submitted to the end user, we further revised the quotation and drawings according to the requirements of the end user.
Two months later, the documents were finally approved by their CEO. After receiving the deposit, we started production and now production is complete. Hopefully customer will receive the crane in an early date.
Single girder gantry crane is a kind of track traveling mid light type crane, used with CD, MD, HC model electrical hoist, according to the shape. It is a small and medium size crane with rail operation. Its applicable crane capacity is 3-32 tons, applicable span is 12-50 meters, and working environment is -20 ~ 40° C.
Single girder gantry crane has box type and truss type. The former has good craftsmanship and is easy to manufacture, while the latter has light weight and strong wind resistance.
For different usage, MH gantry crane also has cantilever and non-cantilever gantry crane. If have cantilevers, the crane can load the goods to the crane edge through the supporting legs, which is very convenient and high efficiency.
