Successfully Delivers 5-Ton Wire Rope Hoist to Senegal
In March 2025, SEVENCRANE completed the delivery of a 5-ton CD model wire rope hoist to a customer in Senegal. From the initial inquiry to delivery, the entire process was quick and efficient. It took just over a month from the first contact with the customer in February to the confirmed handover on March 7, 2025
The wire rope hoist supplied in this order is designed for general lifting work. It has a duty class of A3 and is well suited for medium-duty applications. The hoist has a lifting capacity of 5 tonnes and a lifting height of 5 metres. It is ideally suited for industrial lifting tasks where safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness are key. The unit is powered by a 380V, 50Hz three-phase power supply and is equipped with a joystick control system. This allows for easy and precise lifting.
An important requirement of this order was to mount the wire rope hoist to the H-beam. SEVENCRANE met this requirement by ensuring the hoist was compatible with standard beam configurations. Despite the short lead time of seven working days, our production and logistics teams worked closely together to ensure timely shipment via sea freight.
Although the price of the hoist was quoted in US dollars, the customer ultimately chose to pay in RMB. SEVENCRANE facilitated this deal with ease, demonstrating our flexible approach to international trade and customer preferences.
