15 Ton Portable Gantry Crane To Australia

Recently, SEVENCRANE completed an order for a 15 ton portable gantry crane.

In June, we received an inquiry from an Australian customer. The customer was initially looking for a 15 ton chain hoist. Later, according to the customer's needs, a quotation for the electric chain hoist was sent to the customer. The customer replied that it may take a while to purchase.

We told the customer that we have exported many products to Australia. And our products are in line with Australian standards. He asked the contact information of the customers we had purchased before, said to call him and then contact us.

In July, he emailed us saying that he had contacted our previous customers and got a good feedback. He hoped that we would quote him a 15 ton portable gantry crane. In addition, two sets 5 ton electric chain hoists are needed.

For this portable gantry, we asked the customer's specific needs and application scenarios, and then formulated a suitable plan for the customer based on the customer's usage. The customer was very satisfied.

On August 4, the customer again added two outriggers of the crane, and made a quotation according to the customer's requirements. All the problems have been solved for the customer, and the customer confirmed the order.

On September 16, the 15 ton portable gantry crane production was completed and shipped to Australia.

We have sent the production photoes and relevant documents to the customer, and the customer has expressed affirmation of our service.
