On December 19, 2023, our company received an inquiry from the client. The customer needs to purchase a double beam bridge crane with design drawings attached. Our sales personnel further confirmed the parameters with the customer via email and sent a quotation. Afterwards, we successfully contacted the client Whatsapp and learned that this was a bidding project.

Two weeks later, the client informed us through Whatsapp that the project had been awarded and they planned to purchase it. We further confirmed the size of the running track and groove width of the large vehicle. The customer said that their company has a branch in China and wants to send representatives to visit our factory for on-site inspection. On January 22nd, the customer representative contacted our sales personnel and stated that they would visit the factory on the 13th.

After the factory visit, the customer representative asked us for the pre packaging list and the company's bank statement. And confirm with us whether the crane can complete production before the Spring Festival. The next two weeks will mainly focus on confirming shipping and product specific information. However, the customer did not mention the payment at all. On February 6th, we inquired about the progress of the project with client engineers through WhatsApp. The customer replied that they have directly contacted NUCLEON and the other party has quoted a discount of $1500. We asked the customer to send the other party's quotation and found that the quotation was actually made by another foreign trade company, and the quality of the other party's products is far inferior to ours. But customers are more inclined to cooperate with another company.

Next is the more than ten day Lunar New Year holiday, during which we have relatively little contact with customers. After the annual leave, we analyzed the client and decided to send a message to chat with them again. We have demonstrated our strengths as well as the product quality disadvantages of our competitors. And it is proposed that after the production of the machine is completed, the factory can be visited again to inspect the quality of the double beam bridge crane. In the end, the customer decided to purchase the bridge crane from our company.
