Bahrain Jib Crane Transaction Record

In January 2024, our company received an inquiry from a client in Bahrain regarding the electric jib crane. At first, the customer did not have a strong desire to purchase. But after listening to the detailed product features and the strength of our factory, the customer's interest was stimulated. We provided a quote and the initial design drawings for a single unit of the BZ1t-6.5m-4.5m electric jib crane. Upon reviewing the drawings, the client realized the crane was a perfect fit for their facility and found the price to be very competitive. As a result, they decided to order a second unit.

Although the client was satisfied with both the quote and the design, they were hesitant about importing from China, as this was their first experience with international procurement. They requested references from at least three previous customers in the Middle East who had purchased similar products. To address their concerns, we contacted prior clients who had bought the same jib cranes. All clients were happy to share their positive feedback, and we compiled a list of their contact information and product photos for the Bahrain client to review. After contacting these customers, the Bahrain client received excellent feedback and immediately decided to place an order for two units.

Once the cranes were manufactured, we provided the client with photos and videos of the completed units. The client was very satisfied and requested prompt shipment. After a period of sea transport, the cranes were delivered. We supplied installation videos and manuals, and the client’s engineers quickly installed the cranes and put them into operation.

The client expressed that this experience not only enhanced their procurement skills but also encouraged them to consider sourcing more products and materials from China in the future. This successful transaction marks another milestone in our growing relationship with customers in the Middle East.
