Delivers 8-Ton Electric Transfer Cart to Morocco for Foundry Use
In a continued partnership with a valued customer in Morocco, SEVENCRANE has successfully finalized and prepared for shipment an 8-ton electric transfer cart designed for demanding foundry environments. This client, who previously ordered three 6.3-ton bridge cranes under order "606", returned to SEVENCRANE for another high-performance transport solution.
This electric transfer cart is trackless. It can transport molds and heavy castings in dusty foundry environments. It has a load capacity of 8 tons and a platform size of 1.5 meters wide and 2 meters long. The travel speed can be adjusted between 0 and 20 meters per minute. It is controlled via a remote control system and operates on a 380V 50Hz 3-phase power supply.
Initial contact with this customer dates back to June 6, 2023. As an end-user in the metal casting industry, the client placed strong emphasis on product quality and after-sales service. Understanding the environmental challenges, SEVENCRANE tailored the cart with robust features suitable for heavy-duty, dusty conditions.
Key customizations included a built-in battery and charger to support flexible movement across the workshop. A dust cover was also provided to protect the cart when not in use. Additionally, SEVENCRANE included extra accessories such as a circuit breaker, an AC contactor, a brake system, and a spare remote transmitter, ensuring extended reliability and user convenience.
The order is scheduled for delivery within 30 working days via sea freight. To optimize logistics, the transfer cart will be shipped together with a previously ordered 20-ton electric transfer cart, showcasing SEVENCRANE’s commitment to efficient project coordination.
