Supplies Two Portable Aluminum Gantry Cranes to Korea
SEVENCRANE has recently completed the production and land delivery of two custom-designed portable aluminum gantry cranes equipped with manual chain hoists, tailored to meet the specific operational needs of a Korean client. Although the customer is based in Korea, the final destination of the equipment was a domestic address in Shenzhen, China.
The initial inquiry from this customer was received in August 2023. After understanding the customer’s operational requirements and workspace constraints, SEVENCRANE quickly responded with a technical proposal and quotation. Emphasizing portability, compact design, and ease of manual operation, the final solution included two different models of the aluminum gantry crane:

One of the client's primary requirements was that the external width of both portable aluminum gantry cranes should not exceed 3 meters to ensure seamless movement and storage within the factory environment. In response, SEVENCRANE optimized the structural design to maintain performance while meeting dimensional limitations.
Additionally, the client requested a manual chain hoist setup for ease of maintenance and operation without relying on electrical power—ideal for tasks requiring controlled lifting precision.
This order was confirmed with a 40% TT prepayment, and the entire production was completed within a 10-working-day timeframe, followed by domestic land transportation to the Shenzhen delivery address. Payment was made via corporate banking in China, simplifying the process for the Korea-based client.
