European Crane Components and Test Platform Project for Peru

May 20, 2026

SEVENCRANE recently completed another successful project with a long-term client in Peru, providing customized European crane components and a heavy-duty test platform for their local crane service applications. The project included European end beams, main beams, the test platform, and rails. All components were designed according to the client's technical drawings and operational requirements. The equipment will be shipped to the port of Callao, Peru, on FOB Qingdao terms. The production cycle was only 10 working days.

The customer is a professional crane service provider and long-term partner of SEVENCRANE. The two companies have maintained stable cooperation for several years. The customer previously purchased crane end trucks from SEVENCRANE in March 2021 and again in June 2025. Thanks to reliable product quality and efficient technical support, the customer once again selected SEVENCRANE for this new project.

Customized European Crane Components

The main products supplied for this project include one set of SNHD European crane end trucks, one main girder, two heavy-duty testing platforms, and runway rails.

The European crane end truck adopts the SNHD6.3t-9mA5 model with A5 working duty. The crane system is designed for a 5-ton lifting capacity with a 9-meter span. The power supply standard is 460V, 60Hz, 3-phase, fully matching the customer’s local electrical requirements.

According to the customer’s specifications, the end truck includes traveling motors with manual release functions for improved operational flexibility and maintenance convenience. The connection structure of the end truck is manufactured according to the drawings provided by the customer to ensure compatibility with the existing crane system.

The project also includes one customized main girder with a lifting height of 5.35 meters. The main girder is produced strictly according to the confirmed technical drawings to guarantee installation accuracy and structural reliability.

Heavy-Duty Test Platform Design

One of the most important parts of this project is the customized heavy-duty testing platform system. The customer required two testing platforms capable of supporting at least a 20-ton to 23.5-meter double girder overhead crane during testing operations.

Based on the reference drawings provided by the customer, SEVENCRANE engineers optimized the platform structure to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and operational safety. The testing platform plays a critical role in crane inspection and performance verification, making manufacturing precision especially important.

To support the customer’s tight project schedule, SEVENCRANE committed to providing production drawings for the main girder, end trucks, and testing platforms within five working days after order confirmation.

High Standards for European Crane Design

The customer specifically requested that the hoist design reference should follow STAHL hoist drawings, demonstrating the customer’s high technical standards and familiarity with European crane systems.

In addition, the control voltage for the crane system was specified as 48V to improve operational safety. The project scope does not include the crane traveling electrical control cabinet, according to the customer’s own integration requirements.

The runway system adopts 50×30 Q355B square steel rails with a total length of 29 meters on each side. High-strength Q355B steel material ensures stable crane traveling performance and long-term durability.

Long-Term Cooperation Based on Reliability

As a professional crane service company, the customer places high importance on product compatibility, technical accuracy, and delivery efficiency. Throughout the communication process, SEVENCRANE maintained close coordination with the customer regarding drawings, motor functions, structural details, and production schedules.

The successful repeat order once again reflects the customer’s trust in SEVENCRANE’s manufacturing capability and engineering support. Through years of cooperation, SEVENCRANE has continuously provided reliable European crane components and customized lifting solutions for customers in South America and other global markets.

This Peru project further demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s strong capability in supplying customized crane structures, European end trucks, testing platforms, and professional technical support for international crane service companies.
