SNHS Overhead Crane for Chilean Manufacturing Factory
SEVENCRANE recently reached a successful cooperation agreement with a customer from Chile for multiple sets of customized SNHS-European overhead crane systems and supporting steel structures. The project includes three European double girder overhead cranes, conductor rail systems, runway rails, steel columns, and related accessories for a new factory construction project in Chile. The equipment will be shipped under FOB Qingdao terms with a production cycle of 50 working days.
The customer was first introduced to SEVENCRANE during the 2025 EXPOMIN exhibition. As a professional manufacturer specializing in sealing machinery, hydraulic cylinders, industrial metal parts, and hard chrome plating services, the customer required reliable and efficient lifting equipment for their new production workshop.

Customized European Overhead Crane Solution
The project includes two sets of 10-ton SNHS-European overhead cranes and one set of 15-ton SNHS-European overhead crane. All cranes adopt A5 working duty and wireless remote control operation with 380V 50Hz 3-phase power supply.
The two 10-ton cranes feature a span of 10.15 meters and a lifting height of 4.5 meters. This 15 ton bridge crane also adopts a span of 10.15 meters. But it provides a higher lifting height of 7 meters. To meet the different production needs within the factory.
According to the customer’s workshop layout, one 10-ton crane and the 15-ton crane will operate on the same span but with separate operating ranges to avoid interference during lifting operations. The second 10-ton crane will operate independently on another span. This customized design fully utilizes workshop space while ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
In addition to the crane systems, SEVENCRANE also supplied three sets of 16mm² conductor rail systems with accessories, multiple P30 runway rails, complete steel structures, and anchor bolts. To simplify transportation and installation, the rails and steel structures will be shipped separately without welding assembly.
Focus on Foundation and Steel Structure Design
One of the customer’s main concerns was the foundation and steel structure design for the new factory building. Since the customer planned to use one shared column structure for both the 10-ton and 15-ton cranes, structural load distribution and foundation stability became critical discussion points during the project negotiation.
After the exhibition, SEVENCRANE maintained continuous communication with the customer by sharing project cases, South American market developments, and technical solutions. When the customer finalized the factory construction plan in October, both parties held several video conferences to discuss the crane foundation layout and steel structure details.
To support the customer’s construction schedule, SEVENCRANE promised to provide foundation drawings within five working days after order confirmation. Production drawings were also prepared for secondary confirmation before manufacturing began. This professional technical support helped the customer confidently move forward with the project.

Advantages of SNHS-European Overhead Crane
The SNHS-European overhead crane is widely recognized for its compact structure, stable performance, and energy-saving operation. Compared with traditional cranes, the European design offers lighter dead weight, reduced wheel pressure, lower noise, and smoother traveling performance.
For manufacturing factories producing sealing machinery and precision industrial components, lifting stability and positioning accuracy are especially important. The SNHS crane system provides reliable handling performance for heavy metal components, hydraulic cylinders, and industrial equipment during production and assembly processes.
The cranes are also equipped with high-quality motors, electrical systems, and remote control operation, helping operators improve efficiency and workplace safety.
Strong Cooperation Built Through Professional Communication
Before cooperating with SEVENCRANE, the customer had previously purchased a 5-ton overhead crane locally in Chile. Although the equipment performance was acceptable, the customer believed the local market price was relatively high. Through professional communication, technical support, and competitive pricing, SEVENCRANE successfully demonstrated stronger overall project value.
The customer especially appreciated SEVENCRANE’s fast response regarding technical drawings, foundation discussions, and customized steel structure solutions. After confirming the payment terms and production schedule, both parties officially reached cooperation.
This Chile project once again demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s strong capability in providing complete SNHS-European overhead crane solutions for global manufacturing industries, including crane systems, steel structures, runway rails, and technical engineering support.
