MH Gantry Crane Exported to Russia for Long-Term Partner

Jul 29, 2025

In March 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully completed another project for one of its long-standing clients—a trusted buyer from Russia—by delivering a high-quality single girder gantry crane tailored to precise operational needs. This order highlights the strength of sustained partnerships built on reliability, performance, and customization.

The equipment ordered was a 5-ton MH type single girder gantry crane, engineered to meet A3 working class standards. The crane has a span of 12+2 meters and a lifting height of 8.5 meters. It is very suitable for lifting operations in medium-sized industrial environments. The crane is equipped with a ground control device with key operation and is powered by a 380V, 50Hz three-phase power supply. It is painted in RAL5005 blue to ensure its functional durability. At the same time, it has a simple and professional aesthetic.

To meet the customer's specific requirements, SEVENCRANE also supplied a 35-meter-long cable drum. The entire crane is mounted on P43 tracks. One of the main customization requirements put forward by the customer was to use Danfoss brand inverters to control the operation of the crane. This ensures smooth, precise operation and energy saving.

In addition to the MH gantry crane itself, a full package of accessories was provided to support long-term performance and maintenance. These included:
2 AC contactors (≤100A)
2 air circuit breakers (≤100A)
2 thermal relays (≤100A)
1 traveling limit switch
2 buffers
1 audio alarm unit
2 wire rope guides
2 safety hook latches
5 cable trolleys for the trolley power system

The customer chose EXW terms, arranging land transport themselves. The delivery time was agreed upon as 30 working days. And the client paid 30% T/T in advance, following SEVENCRANE’s standard payment procedures.

A key requirement for this project was that the main beam remain uncut, ensuring easy assembly on-site and greater structural integrity. From the initial inquiry on February 14, 2025, to the handover on March 14, the process was smooth and transparent, further strengthening the business relationship.

This project once again demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s expertise in delivering customized single girder gantry cranes with integrated systems and value-added services for international clients across diverse industries.
